Madeira Store Owner Murdered, ATF Offers $10,000 for Information
CINCINNATI — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is announcing a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the individual responsible for the murder of the owner of Madeira Beverage, located on Kenwood Rd., on Tuesday, February 9.
At approximately 7:45 p.m. on February 9, an unknown suspect shot Mr. Roop Gupta, the owner of the business, during an armed robbery. The suspect is believed to be about 6-feet tall, weighing between 240 and 250 pounds. He was last seen fleeing the store in a dark vehicle headed north on Kenwood Road. ATF is investigating this incident with the Madeira Police Department.
