ATF Offers up to $5,000 for Information on Heidi Manor Fire
SEATTLE — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Office announced a reward today for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the early morning July 4, 2021, fire at the Heidi Manor apartment complex in Portland that killed two men. Four others were injured in the fire, including a 25-year-old woman who suffered critical injuries.
ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
The fire, which is believed to have started about 3:30 a.m., has been determined to be incendiary in nature, meaning it was human started. In addition to the deaths and injuries, the fire damaged three buildings and eight vehicles. Damage is estimated to be at least $2 million.
