ATF Offers $10K Reward for Information on Long Beach Arson at Men’s Suit Outlet Store
LONG BEACH, Calif. — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Long Beach Fire Department announced a reward today of up to $10,000 for information related to the arrest of those responsible for starting a fire that destroyed several businesses in downtown Long Beach.
A fire erupted around 10 p.m., May 31, at the Men’s Suit Outlet, 655 Pine Ave., Long Beach, California during a protest. The fire was started after two unidentified suspects tossed two Molotov cocktails through the broken widows of the store. The security bars and windows of the store were broken earlier by looters. The fire caused total destruction of the store along with several adjacent businesses.
